Franklin D. McClure, born, raised, and educated in Dallas, GA, and who bravely answered the call to serve his country; first as a guardian of justice with the FBI, then as a courageous soldier, ultimately sacrificing his life in service as an Army Ranger on way to a secret mission in Vietnam.
