About the Event

Join the Paulding County Genealogical Society on April 1st at the Dallas Public Library for another edition to our genealogy programs of Paulding County.  Our April event will focus on the genealogy and history of folk pottery in Paulding County from 1860 - 1930 as Tyler Newsome presents in detail his book "Paulding County Clay.”  Families like the visionary Sligh's, the Brock family, Shepherds, the Cantrell family, and the Little family will be traced by Todd Tibbitts.  Many vintage pieces of local folk pottery will be on display.

This event will take place on April 1st from 10 a.m. to 12 p.m. at the Dallas Public Library and is made possible by the Paulding County Genealogical Society.  This series is a part of the PCGS monthly programs and is open to the public at no charge.  For information regarding our programs or to learn more about becoming a society member, contact our office at 404-435-4648.
